    Salary $65,000 - $80,000

     

    Days/Hours Monday - Friday; 9am - 5pm

    Description

    Concern Housing is seeking a tech-savvy and service-oriented IT & Data Support Specialist to join our team and help drive technology adoption, data integration, and user support across the organization. The IT & Data Support Specialist will play a key role in supporting staff with desktop applications, advanced data tools, and cross-platform system integration. This position will also assist with AI-related initiatives and provide hands-on support to users experiencing technical issues.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    + Provide technical support for desktop applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.

    + Assist staff with advanced Excel functions, formulas, and data modeling.

    + Support Power BI report creation, analysis, and troubleshooting.

    + Help correlate and integrate data from systems such as Yardi, NetSuite, and other cloud-based platforms.

    + Participate in AI-related initiatives and assist staff in adopting new technologies.

    + Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot software and system access issues.

    + Create documentation and training materials to improve digital literacy.

    + Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth system operations.

     

    Salary: $65,000 - $80,000

    Position Requirements

    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, etc.), Power BI or similar analytics platforms. Familiarity with Yardi, NetSuite, or other enterprise systems along with basic understanding of AI tools and their practical applications. Must possess strong problem-solving and communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively. Prior experience in IT support or data analysis preferred. Experience with automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Python), knowledge of data privacy and security best practices and familiarity with nonprofit operations and reporting.
