    Multiple Classroom Support Openings – Bristol County, MA

    Amergis Educational Staffing is excited to partner with schools in Fall River, MA to hire Classroom Support Staff for the 2025–2026 school year. These roles are ideal for individuals passionate about helping students thrive in inclusive, structured, and emotionally supportive environments.

     

    Whether your strengths lie in behavior support, emotional regulation, or academic assistance, we have a role for you!

    Position Details

    + Location: Fall River, MA

    + Start Date: Immediate

    + Schedule: Monday–Friday, hours vary based on grade levels

    + Duration: Full school year (2025–2026)

    + Pay: Up to $25/hour

     

    Current Openings Middle School – Social Emotional Focus

    Support students navigating emotional challenges by:

    + Teaching coping strategies and emotional regulation

    + Collaborating with counselors and support teams

    + Creating a safe, structured classroom environment

     

    Elementary – ABA Focus

    Use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to support student growth:

    + Work closely with BCBAs to implement behavior plans

    + Track progress using data-driven methods

    + Foster academic and social development

     

    Middle School – Autism & Special Education Focus

    Support students with autism and other learning needs by:

    + Delivering differentiated instruction aligned with IEPs

    + Promoting inclusive practices and classroom engagement

    + Addressing academic and behavioral goals

    What We’re Looking For

    + One year of relevant experience

    + Strong communication and collaboration skills

    + Experience with behavior tracking, de-escalation, and data collection

    + Comfort working with students who may exhibit challenging behaviors
