Job Description Summary
Customer facing Clinical Sales Specialist responsible for winning Patient Monitoring business. Operates with some autonomy but typically subject to standard sales practices and procedures with a strategic emphasis on positioning our PM portfolio. The role is subject to regular review of sales results. Some judgment may be required but this is typically with guidance. Responsible for multiple Markets with several sales territories working directly with Product Sales Specialists, Strategic Directors and other supporting commercial teams.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
+ Increase orders, sales, margin, and share through world-class clinical consulting, strong customer relationships, and educational support for regional sales team, local/national “show sites” and regional customer base. These roles require specialty clinical qualifications.
+ Developing in-depth knowledge of sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes or customer groups. Uses prior experience and acquired commercial expertise to execute policy/strategy.
+ In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
+ Most decisions are within a defined framework, but some autonomy in the final decisions for a project, product line, market, sales process or customers. Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks. Has access to technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.
+ A job at this level is likely to be an individual contributor, with proven interpersonal skills. Communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered. Provides informal guidance to new team members. Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations.
Required Qualifications:
+ This role requires advanced experience in the Sales & Clinical Sales. Required Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college and 6 years of clinical experience preferably as a Critical Care Nurse
+ Excellent Patient Monitoring Solutions product and connectivity understanding.
+ Willingness to travel within Northeast market
+ Knowledge and understanding of current healthcare market trends.
+ Superior interpersonal communication skills with exceptional professional disposition and demeanor
+ Demonstrated successful experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solution-based sales product portfolio and service experience.
+ Ability to develop and execute priorities and approaches to meet objectives.
Quality Specific Goals:
+ Knowledge and understanding of all Global Privacy and Anti-Competition Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare HIPPA Guidelines, NEMA Regulations, etc.) and operates within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Int’l Law is broken.
+ Knowledge and understanding of all Environmental Health Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare EHS Policies, GE Healthcare Fleet Rules, etc.) and operate within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Int’l Law is broken.
+ Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
+ Complete all scheduled GE Learning, Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
+ Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
+ Drive continuous improvement on all related processes, work instructions, and procedures to ensure ongoing standardization and simplification of the Quality Management System
Desired Characteristics:
+ Strong sales, clinical and technical expertise working in PCS Monitoring Solutions.
+ Experienced in demonstrating products and solutions to a variety of healthcare audiences.
+ Entrepreneurial thinking to support customers and commercial teams in defined goal for strategic presentations and demonstrations including clinical evaluations.
+ Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to communicate to internal and external customers at all levels.
+ Exceptional interpersonal skills.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $85,600.00-$128,400.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
