The base salary for this position is $64,000 plus a joining bonus of $5,000.

This is a Boston based opportunity with a 4 day in office expectation (Monday - Thursday) with 1 day remote (Friday)

Who We Are:

As a Service Enablement Associate , you'll be at the heart of our Global Services team, turning raw data into clear, actionable insights that directly influence how we operate and grow. This is a hands-on role perfect for a data-driven problem-solver who wants to make a measurable impact.

What You'll Do:

+ Drive Strategic Decisions: Build and maintain key performance dashboards that provide a clear picture of our operational health to leaders across the company.

+ Support New Initiatives: Define the metrics and build the reporting needed to measure the success of new projects, ensuring they are on track to meet their goals.

+ Own Our Data: Act as the central point for collecting and consolidating data from various teams, becoming the go-to expert for ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

+ Streamline Workflows: Analyze our operational processes to identify opportunities for improvement and help us work more efficiently.

What You'll Need:

+ Team-first attitude with enthusiasm for cross-functional collaboration

+ High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously

+ Ability to drive results in the details while simultaneously considering the big picture.

+ An entrepreneurial spirit and mindset; you must be adaptable and comfortable with change

+ Bachelors degree in a business, supply chain, quantitative or science discipline (engineering preferred)

+ 1-3 years of transferable experience in a corporate environment, including internship and co-op experience preferably in the supply chain, product management, or automation/robotics field

+ You must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship by Wayfair now or in the future

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience in product management, operations management, logistics, supply chain, or B2B customer service.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to influence others.

+ Analytical mindset able to process large volumes of data using a variety of reporting tools (Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, Jira, etc.).

+ Ability to distill complex information in a simplistic way via emails, charts, graphs, and other forms of presentations.

+ Passionate about execution with strong interest to drive customer engagement.

+ Desire to own projects from beginning to end, and thrive as part of a team as well as individually.

+ Comfortability navigating a fast-paced, dynamic environment with little structure.

+ Experience working with, analyzing, synthesizing, and presenting data with clarity and recommended actions.

+ Strong project management and prioritization skills.
