Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and solutions-driven Warehouse & Logistics Operations Manager to lead and optimize our end-to-end warehouse operations. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with a track record of managing high-performing teams, refining processes, and leveraging technology to increase visibility and efficiency across the supply chain.
Compensation:
$80,000 to $90,000.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop warehouse teams with clear KPIs and accountability.
• Deep knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory tracking tools, and operational reporting.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; capable of managing multiple priorities with urgency and focus.
• Experience implementing or improving technology-driven processes within a warehouse setting.
• Ability to lift and manage physical inventory when necessary.
• Must be available to work on-site full-time in Brooklyn, NY.
