**Welcome to Love's!** We are looking for an experience Technical Systems Analyst II to play a key role in advancing Love’s Workforce Technology Solutions by bridging business needs with innovative technical solutions. This role combines deep platform knowledge with emerging technologies—such as AI, automation, and cloud-native platforms—to optimize workforce management systems and deliver scalable, data-driven insights. The analyst partners with business stakeholders and IT teams to define requirements, configure solutions, and drive continuous improvement that enhances employee experience and operational performance. Success in this role requires strong problem-solving skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to operate in an Agile, collaborative environment.
Job Functions:
• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for workforce management (WFM) systems (UKG and Workjam), including incident triage, root cause analysis, and resolution.
• Configure, test, and optimize WFM system functionality, ensuring availability and performance.
• Analyze system workflows, data pipelines, and integration points to recommend improvements.
• Design and implement AI/ML and automation-enhanced solutions to address workforce challenges and improve scalability.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, release planning, QA testing, and code reviews to ensure high-quality solution delivery.
• Collaborate with DevOps and development teams on automation and integration initiatives.
• Elicit, validate, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Conduct technical demos, solution walkthroughs, and knowledge-sharing sessions for business partners.
• Document and streamline business processes using modeling tools (e.g., BPMN).
• Develop dashboards and metrics to monitor SLAs, system health, and project KPIs.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, training materials, and mentoring resources for knowledge transfer.
• Support broader team and enterprise goals by proactively contributing to initiatives outside of core responsibilities
Experience and Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical field
+ Technical Certifications (e.g., CBAP, AWS, Azure, AI/ML, RPA) preferred
+ 5 years of experience in technical business analysis or systems engineering
+ 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience supporting web and mobile applications
+ 1 to 3 years of experience with workforce management platforms (e.g., UKG, Workjam), time/scheduling systems, or employee engagement tools
Hard Skills:
+ Experience with AI/ML tools and frameworks (e.g., Azure AI, OpenAI, TensorFlow).
+ Familiarity with robotic process automation (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath).
+ Knowledge of cloud computing (Azure, AWS) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
+ Proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and advanced Excel (Power Query, PivotTables).
+ Ability to analyze and optimize workflows, integration points, and data pipelines.
+ Skilled in requirements engineering, backlog management, QA testing, and release planning with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
+ Experience with incident triage, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
+ Proficiency in SQL/database querying and scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
+ Experience with low-code development platforms, specifically Microsoft Power Apps.
+ Experience with business process modeling (e.g., BPMN) or similar frameworks.

+ Ability to synthesize complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical and business audiences.

+ Skilled at managing stakeholder expectations, leading technical initiatives, and influencing decisions.
+ Passion for continuous learning, adaptability to emerging technologies, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment:
+ Prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping
+ Eye strain (screen use)
+ Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator
+ Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds
+ Requires normal range of hearing and vision
