Basic Qualifications: • Must be 18 years of age or older • 2-3 years of experience required and on the job training provided • No high school diploma, GED or college degree required Must have a valid Driver's License. 1-2 years of experience as a Utility (waxing, stripping, buffing, polishing floors & shampoo carpets) Preferred Qualifications: • Customer service experience • Two or three of similar Lead cleaning work experience Responsibilities: • Provide leadership and direction to team members • Relay communication between team members, client, customers and management • Report performance issues to the Supervisor • Assist with the training of cleaning team • Coordinate work assignments • Assist with making daily and weekly work schedules • Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building • Manage security of keys and access cards for the property • Report work orders for maintenance • Makes sure premises are secured at all times • Work with Manager to schedule jobs with Property Manager and cleaning crew to complete the work • Oversees quality of jobs and confirms completion with Manager • Provide training to all new hires assigned to the building • Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly • Complete order forms completely and accurately • Coordinate equipment usage and inventories + Directs and oversees workers on-site. + Assigns daily tasks and ensures proper execution. + Provides training and guidance to less experienced workers. + Acts as a link between workers and management. + Provides progress updates and daily/weekly reports. + Enforces safety protocols and regulations. + Conducts site inspections to minimize hazards. + Reports incidents and ensures corrective action.A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
