             Plant Maintenance Technician Prairie Farms 2 Positions ID: 10289 Posted On 10/15/2025 Job Overview Responsibilities include maintaining and troubleshooting packaging equipment in conformance to specifications, safety, sanitation, and quality requirements. **Requirements for the position include** : + Plant maintenance experience or equivalent technical training. + Strong electrical experience along with hydraulics and pneumatics. + PLC experience is a plus. + Must have math and mechanical aptitude. + Excellent communication and organizational skills. + Must be able to speak, read and write English + Must possess High School diploma or equivalent Physical Requirements + Must have full range of motion and be able to lift 50 pounds + Must be able to tolerate allergen exposure to milk, cocoa and egg proteins. + Must be able to stand or walk for 80% of the workday. + Must have full range of motion and be able to bend, squat, climb and lift + Potential/Existing Hazards + Heat + Steam + Chemical (CIP compounds including Caustics, acids and chlorinated cleaners, ammonia) + Natural Gas + Compressed Air + Electricity Flexibility to work day and evening hours including weekends is required.
