Warehouse Manager – Manufacturing (24/7 Operation)

Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for mentoring teams and driving operational excellence? We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations located out of our Delavan, WI manufacturing facility. This is a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our products reach customers safely, accurately, and on time.

What You’ll Do

+ Lead and develop warehouse teams across rotating shifts (day/night).

+ Manage daily and long-term warehouse schedules to support production and shipping.

+ Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconciliation.

+ Drive continuous improvement using lean manufacturing and 6S principles.

+ Collaborate with internal departments and logistics partners to meet customer needs.

+ Promote a safe, organized, and quality-focused work environment.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

+ Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business management, or related field.

+ 5–7 years of warehouse management experience in a fast paced, high volume 24/7 manufacturing setting.

+ Strong communication and leadership skills with a focus on team development.

+ Experience in scheduling, inventory control, and logistics coordination.

+ Familiarity with lean tools, powered industrial trucks, and warehouse systems.

+ Ability to thrive in a 24/7, high-volume operation.

A Day in the Life

You’ll kick off your day by reviewing inventory levels, checking shift schedules, and connecting with your team to ensure smooth operations. You’ll monitor inbound and outbound shipments, troubleshoot any logistics issues, and make sure materials are where they need to be—on time and in full. Whether it’s resolving a vendor issue or mentoring a team member, you’ll be the go-to leader who keeps everything moving and everyone aligned.
