We are seeking a highly motivated F135 Supply Chain Modeling Specialist to work within the F135 Supply Chain Management organization. This individual will collaborate with key P&W F135 Logistics Program Management (LPM) stakeholders ensuring demand is clear, well-understood, and motivational to P&W and external stakeholders, while efficiently and rapidly adapting to signals of change from the enterprise. The Specialist will coordinate essential inputs and manage the data required to model program performance. This individual will play a crucial role in driving continuous improvement initiatives and enhancing supply chain forecasting processes through detailed analysis and performance metrics.

This position will provide the selected candidate with the opportunity to contribute within a team towards solving global sustainment inventory optimization challenges, including communicating trends and providing insight through data collection and analysis.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

+ Ensuring Gross Issue Effectiveness (GIE) targets are met, hardware in the right place at the right time; Supporting aggregate demand planning, proposal activity, and management of target stock levels (TSLs)

+ Preparing and presenting modeling outputs, including performance data, to leadership and other key stakeholders

+ Managing and developing dashboards needed to support the F135 Supply Chain network; Developing methods of modeling new emerging issues to align the forecast model with program needs

+ Running Monthly, Weekly, and Daily reporting for internal customers

+ Supporting CORE initiatives to drive continuous improvement across forecasting functions

Qualifications You Must Have

+ Bachelor’s degree

+ 5 years of supply chain management, business, data analytics, or Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM), including experience with supply chain modeling and process improvement or An advance degree with 3 years of experience

+ US Citizenship required. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship

Qualifications We Prefer

+ Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous improvement.

+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven recommendations.

+ Experience in developing and working with metrics, KPIs, performance dashboards, and Project Management.

+ Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a cross-functional organization at all levels including senior leadership.

+ 2+ years proficiency of the following: SAP, PowerBI, Oracle SQL, or Python Programming.

**Onsite:** Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
