Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing for the Sports Illustrated Resorts portfolio, the **Project Director** is responsible for planning, controlling, and directing the daily activities of the sales team to achieve maximum efficiency while upholding the highest standards of quality and compliance.
This role ensures that the site consistently meets or exceeds monthly budget goals in a positive, performance-driven, and compliant manner. The Project Director provides strategic leadership, motivation, and operational direction to all team members, fostering a collaborative and goal-oriented environment.
In addition to driving key performance outcomes, the Project Director champions a "Count on Me" culture, promoting accountability, teamwork, and a positive workplace atmosphere across the site.
How You’ll Shine
+ Provide leadership to the day-to day operations of the Sales and Marketing departments, while maintaining focus on the company’s strategic goals.
+ Responsible for the achievement of the established targets in regards to VPG, net sales volume and closing percentage of the site. Must be able to successfully oversee one of the following: 25M+ for 2 or more brands or 70M+ In House Sales or 40M+ Front Line Sales.
+ Proactively contribute to and support efforts to attract, retain, train and motivate a diverse Sales and Marketing workforce.
+ Manage the performance of Sales and Marketing Leadership through the consistent application of WVO performance management by: (1) establishing performance goals and action plans for all Sales & Marketing management; (2) working with Sales & Marketing management to establish performance goals and action plans for the Sales and Marketing Associates..
+ Responsible for developing and maintaining a strong work relationship with key business partners and associates within and outside of WVO. Ensures Sales and Marketing operations are integrated within the overall guest experience.
+ Ensure the highest level of customer service to current and prospective owners in order to maintain a positive brand image and company reputation
+ Performs other duties as needed

What You’ll Bring
+ High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
+ 3–5 years of proven success in Vacation Ownership sales.
+ Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, develop, and lead high-performing teams.
+ Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, and interpreting financial documents.
+ Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
+ Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
+ Proactive problem-solver with strong conflict resolution and critical thinking skills.
+ Consistently meets or exceeds performance expectations and business objectives.
+ Effective at holding teams accountable and fostering a culture of accountability and results.
+ Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to make sound, timely decisions.
+ Strong collaborator with a track record of developing talent and leading by example.
+ Active real estate license (or ability to obtain prior to hire), as required by state law.
+ Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Timekeeping and other software
+ Ability to effectively learn and operate PC based systems/platforms and IPads
+ Three (3) years experience successfully leading or directing in a sales environment
+ Past prior experience with increasing responsibility in management positions within sales leadership
