    POSITION SUMMARY:

    The T&E Manager will oversee the company’s travel and expense program, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and a positive employee experience. This role is responsible for managing policies, systems, and vendor relationships related to travel and expense reporting, while driving continuous improvement and cost control initiatives.

    WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

    + Manage the end-to-end travel and expense process, including policy development, system administration, and employee support.

    + Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

    + Partner with Finance, HR, and Procurement to align T&E practices with company goals.

    + Analyze T&E data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement.

    + Lead training and communication efforts to educate employees on T&E policies and tools.

    + Serve as the primary point of contact for travel vendors and expense management platforms.

    + Support audits and reporting requirements related to travel and expense activities.

    + Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance automation and streamline workflows.

    WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

    + 5+ years of experience in travel and expense management or related finance operations.

    + Strong knowledge of expense management systems (e.g., Concur, SAP, etc.).

    + Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

    + Ability to work independently in a remote environment with flexible hours.

    + Experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts is a plus.
