Job Title: Regional Lead Estimator - Life ScienceJob Description

The Regional Lead Estimator will play a critical role in supporting pre-construction and project development efforts across core markets. This client-facing position is responsible for developing accurate and comprehensive cost estimates during the conceptual and schematic design phases, ensuring alignment with project goals and budgets. The role involves collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and oversight of trade estimators to support successful project execution.

Responsibilities

+ Collaborate with internal design teams and interface with project management and pre-construction level managers to understand upcoming workloads.

+ Develop and manage detailed cost estimates during the conceptual and schematic design phases.

+ Coordinate resource needs within the estimating teams to ensure efficient operation.

+ Engage in front-end planning and coordination to achieve specific levels of estimate accuracy.

+ Review and submit estimate packages to clients, ensuring alignment with project goals and budgets.

Essential Skills

+ Extensive experience in multi-discipline estimating, particularly within life sciences, food & beverage, industrial, or commercial sectors.

+ Strong understanding of design-build and integrated project delivery methods.

+ Proficiency in estimating software such as Trimbull and Sage Timberline.

+ Minimum 10-15 years of experience in related fields.

+ Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with manufacturing and R&D lab environments is highly preferred.

+ Some level of Cleanroom experience is beneficial.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100.00 - $200.00/hr.
