    Are you ready to take the first step into the world of Human Resources? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our growing team as a Human Resources Associate. This entry-level position is perfect for recent college graduates or those pursuing HR-related coursework who want hands-on experience across multiple areas of Human Resources.

     

    You’ll start by learning the fundamentals of recruiting—connecting great people with great opportunities—and then expand into other areas such as onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration. We’ll provide the tools, training, and mentorship to help you grow into a well-rounded HR professional.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Partner with hiring managers to support recruiting, interviewing, and hiring activities

    + Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation

    + Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs

    + Provide general administrative and project support to the HR team

    Requirements

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Bachelor’s degree or coursework in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field

    + Strong communication and organizational skills

    + High energy, curiosity, and a desire to learn

    + Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

    + Prior internship or office experience a plus—but not required
