You will report directly to the CCC N.A. Field Manager, and you’ll work out of our **Des Moines, Iowa** location on a **Hybrid** work schedule.
In this role, you will impact customer satisfaction and loyalty by ensuring timely and effective scheduling of engineers for site activities in the Americas region, thereby enhancing the overall customer experience and driving business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES
+ Efficient scheduling of resources and jobs
+ Coordination of (International) jobs from start to finish, incl maximize the opportunity
+ Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.
+ Understand and follow up on customer site, visa and HSE requirements
+ Create cost estimates, verify PO’s and T&C’s
+ Create work orders / service orders
+ Validate time and expenses
+ Work with the finance team on timely invoicing
+ Participating in cross-functional efforts within the Field Service Team

YOU MUST HAVE
+ 3 years in an operation or customer service role
WE VALUE
+ Bachelor’s Degree preferred
+ Data Analysis is a plus
+ Demonstrates strong customer service behaviors: effective communication skills, problem-solving, responsiveness
+ PC skills: MS Office – Excel spreadsheets, Word Document
+ Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) experience preferred – SAP
+ Salesforce experience preferred
