    Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Volunteer Coordinator, you will be the heart of this essential program, ensuring our volunteers feel valued, supported, and empowered to make a difference.

     

    + Collaborate effectively with department managers and staff to identify needs for volunteer support.

    + Communicate hospital news, updates, and events to the volunteer corps.

    + Prepare regular reports on volunteer program metrics, including recruitment, retention, hours, and impact.

    + Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).

    + Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

    Job Requirements

    + High School Graduate General Studies Required

    + Minimum (1) year of general office secretarial/clerical experience required

    + Fire Safety (FIRESAFETY) within 90 Days of hire required

    Pay Range

    $27.98 - $41.62 /hour
