    Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking a dynamic **Cafe Operations Manager** to lead hospitality operations at a prestigious banking client.

     

    In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily café operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and managing a team of Sodexo hourly associates. You’ll serve as the key point of contact for client interactions, driving service excellence and operational efficiency.

    + Lead and manage café operations to meet Sodexo and client standards

    + Ensure high levels of client and guest satisfaction through exceptional service

    + Supervise and develop frontline team members

    + Monitor financial performance and meet budgetary goals

    + Collaborate with client partners to continuously improve service

    Qualifications & Requirements

     

    Minimum Education Requirement -Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

     

    Minimum Management Experience - 2 years

     

    Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
