    Responsibilities:

    + Assists the Director of Pastoral Care and the CPE Manager in the operation of the Clinical Pastoral Education Program.

    + Responsible for direct oversight of the Chaplain Residents and is responsible for educational supervision and immediate individual supervision to the CPE students.

    + Coordinate accreditation processes, including oversight of the Professional Advisory Group.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + Required experience includes 3 years of Pastoral Care and 3 years as an ACPE Certified Educator. Board Certification Chaplain required.

    + Master's degree from an accredited school in Theology or related field required.

    + Preferred - NAJC (Chaplains); Preferred - NACC (Chaplains); Preferred - APC (Chaplains)
