Summary:
The Creator Marketing team seeks an experienced individual to develop and execute brand strategy to drive relevance and take our brands to new heights.In this role, you will be at the helm of steering our global brands, bringing its value prop to life with creators and consumers through integrated marketing and breakthrough activations. You will partner with various teams to build foundations that streamline our go-to-market including a cross functional working model, marketing toolkits, providing strategic guidance for effective communications.

Brand Marketing Manager, Instagram Creators Responsibilities:
1. Lead the development and execution of brand strategies through global activations that drive results at each stage of the marketing funnel
2. Work with cross-functional counterparts across partnerships, communications, research & insights, product marketing and data science to align strategy, activations, messaging and measurement
3. Lead internationalization of marketing efforts to drive awareness and usage in key markets, taking into account regional nuance and needs of each market
4. Develop marketing toolkits and guides to enable cross functional partners and streamline go-to-market
5. Lead reporting of marketing initiatives to determine most efficient awareness and usage drivers, and optimize across channels
Minimum Qualifications:

6. 8+ years experience in marketing/brand building at a tech, media, entertainment company or social/media agency
7. Experience leading global communication strategies and insights-led marketing plans for international brands
8. Experience in developing brand activations across channels and tracking channel performance, implementing optimizations and introducing new approaches as needed
9. Experience navigating ambiguity, building initiatives from the ground up, demonstrating resourcefulness and cross functional partnerships
10. Experience developing and deploy comprehensive marketing toolkits for cross functional teams and global markets
11. Experience with creators and a history of spearheading successful creator initiatives

Public Compensation:
$122,000/year to $176,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
