    The Operations Program Manager performs a wide variety of complex, responsible and confidential administrative duties for senior leadership. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and views their work as their self-portrait. The Operations Program Manager exercises excellent judgment in performance of tasks.

     

    The Operations Program Manager, in addition to supporting the leadership team, provides strategic, communications, cultural and administrative support to the line of business as defined in duties and responsibilities below.

     

    The ideal candidate possesses impeccable customer service skills, excellent problem-solving and time management skills, and the ability to maintain poise under pressure.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    + Executive Support – calendar management, email management, representation at designated meetings, update org charts; update global email distribution lists; travel planning.

    + Strategic Support – Includes executive-level monthly reports; coordinating Extended Leader Retreats; strategic planning events, director off-sites and other group travel.

    + Communications Support – create all associate emails, create PowerPoint presentations for EMC and board level meetings.

    + Cultural Sustainment Support - schedule and coordinate meetings for the EPIC Council and EPIC Training; coordinate nominations, voting and awarding of the GABy awards; manage rewards and recognition program; create weekly updates for Operations; maintain the EPIC SharePoint site.

    + Baldrige Performance Excellence Support – Support the TNCPE application submission process; internal Operations training related to Baldrige Excellence.

    + Administrative Support – order supplies, handles vendor relationships, prepares agendas and handouts for scheduled meetings, attends meetings and records minutes, screens incoming calls and responds independently as needed

    + Additional responsibilities as directed by leadership.

    Skills:

    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Additionally, the qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities required in this position:

     

    + High school diploma and at least 5 years as an executive assistant or equivalent combination of education and experience

    + Excellent written and oral communication skills

    + Computer and Office Skills

    + Microsoft Office suite including extensive experience using Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio

    Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.

    + Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude

    + High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred

    + Previous banking or operations experience preferred

    Physical Requirements:

    + Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with or without the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards

    + Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards

    + Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone

    Hours:

    + Monday - Friday

    + 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
