RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Human Resources Business Partner, you are responsible forproviding support for our Supply Chain employees in North America, specifically in the Hunt Valley, Manufacturing Plant and the Belcamp, Distribution Center.
The Human Resources Business Partner serves as an advisor and trusted partner to the employees under their scope, providing expertise and counsel in Coty’s HR processes. This role is responsible for aligning human resources initiatives with business priorities, with a focus on workforce planning, employee relations, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and performance management. The HRBP is integral to fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring a consistent and positive employee experience.
Your main focus:
+ Provide end-to-end HR support to designated business groups.
+ Deliver the talent agenda by ensuring on-time talent acquisition and development, while strengthening the organization’s internal talent pipeline.
+ Deliver the HR business plan to drive a performance-focused culture and reinforce company values by fostering employee engagement, enhancing workplace relationships and environment, and improving overall productivity, etc.
+ Partner with the HR team to analyse trends and metrics, developing and implementing effective solutions, programs, and policies.
+ Maintain strong employee relations through regular presence and interaction on the production floor, building trust with employees. Responsibilities include managing culture surveys and delivering on Positive Employee Relations initiatives.
+ Contribute to and support the execution of HR projects.

QUALIFICATIONS
We’d love to see candidates who have:
Essential:
+ BA/BS degree preferred in Human Resources or related field
+ Minimum of 3 years as an HR Generalist, demonstrating the ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures
+ At least 3 years of experience conducting workplace investigations
+ Strong communication and influencing skills, with a proven track record of consulting and influencing employees across all organizational levels
+ Experience in manufacturing and production environments is preferred
+ Relevant industry experiences a plus
+ Ability to be flexible in working hours to support all shifts
Desirable:
+ High degree of professionalism and sound judgment in handling HR matters
+ Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
+ Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
+ Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite

+ Base Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000
+ 120 Hours vacation time (3 weeks) to start
