Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and research sector, is seeking a LAB Technician II to join their team. As a LAB Technician II, you will be part of the Research & Development department supporting the Abrasive Systems Division. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** LAB Technician II

**Location:** Maplewood, MN

Pay Range:22-23/hr

What's the Job?

+ Perform a wide range of laboratory tests and experiments on industrial products, following established protocols and procedures

+ Operate, maintain, and calibrate multiple pieces of equipment used in the preparation and testing of abrasive samples

+ Prepare and characterize samples and resins using prescribed formulations and test methods while adhering to strict safety guidelines

+ Collect, analyze, and interpret data accurately and efficiently

+ Document and report test results, ensuring accuracy and completeness

+ Experience working in a laboratory environment with industrial or manufacturing products

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

+ Ability to follow detailed protocols and safety guidelines

+ Effective communication skills for documenting and reporting findings

+ Capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
