Our client, a leading organization in the medical manufacturing industry, is seeking an Inspector/Packer rotating day shifts to join their dedicated team. As an Inspector/Packer, you will be an integral part of the quality assurance and production support team, ensuring the highest standards of product quality and safety. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong manual dexterity, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** Inspector/Packer-A1/B1 (SLC)

**Location:** Salt Lake City, UT

**Pay Range:** $18

**Shift:** 12-hour rotating shift, 6:30AM-6:30PM

What's the Job?

+ Inspect, weigh, package, and sort defective medical molded plastic components

+ Perform visual inspections using magnification tools to ensure product quality

+ Complete production records and work order documentation accurately

+ Use hand tools, fixtures, and equipment for manual assembly of small parts

+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment to support quality standards

What's Needed?

+ High School Diploma or GED required

+ Good hand/eye coordination and manual dexterity

+ Ability to read and understand procedures

+ Experience with inspection tasks using microscopes, calipers, and micrometers is preferred

+ Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
