Our client, a reputable property management organization, is seeking a Maintenance Technician / Handyman to join their dedicated team. As a Maintenance Technician / Handyman, you will be an essential part of the maintenance department supporting the upkeep and safety of residential communities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong mechanical skills, a proactive attitude, and excellent problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Maintenance Technician / Handyman

**Location:** Spring Valley, NY

**Pay Range:** $25

**Shift:** 8:00AM - 2:00PM, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

+ Respond to service tickets called in by tenants, addressing maintenance issues promptly and efficiently

+ Assist with general repairs in apartments and common areas, including plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work

+ Perform basic repairs such as fixing leaky faucets, unclogging drains, and replacing lightbulbs

+ Work collaboratively with team members to ensure all maintenance tasks are completed to high standards

+ Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of grounds and common areas, including trash pickup and area upkeep

What's Needed?

+ No prior experience required; training will be provided

+ Mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand tools

+ Ability to work at two nearby locations in Spring Valley

+ Strong work ethic and attention to detail

+ Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
