Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in roofing shingle production, is seeking a Parts Specialist to join their team. As a Parts Specialist, you will be an integral part of the maintenance support team, ensuring the smooth operation of plant activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** Parts Specialist

**Location:** Fremont, CA

**Pay Range:** $30

**Shift:** Days (06:00AM -2:00PM)

What's the Job?

+ Manage, track, and issue maintenance and production parts to support plant operations.

+ Ensure accurate inventory control through the computerized maintenance management system (SAP).

+ Support timely repair and maintenance activities by providing the necessary parts.

+ Collaborate with maintenance, production, and procurement teams to maintain optimal stock levels.

+ Monitor inventory levels, perform cycle counts, and generate reports to track usage and trends.

What's Needed?

+ Ability to operate within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

+ Strong organizational and communication skills.

+ Experience with inventory management systems, preferably SAP.

+ Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

+ Willingness to support continuous improvement and safety initiatives.
