Emler Swim School is a rapidly growing national swim and gymnastic company, teaching over 1 million students per year across 12 states and 60+ locations . We’re looking for motivated, outgoing, part-time Sales Center Representatives who are passionate about helping families discover our award-winning programs.

What You’ll Do

As a Sales Center Representative , your primary focus is sales-first and converting inquiries into enrollments while providing exceptional customer service. You’ll engage with families through inbound and outbound calls, texts, and online chats. Turning interest into excitement and excitement into enrollment!

You will:

+ Commit to, and consistently be available to, work a defined schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

+ Build rapport with prospective families and confidently enroll new students

+ Answer inbound calls, texts, and web inquiries with enthusiasm and professionalism

+ Listen actively to understand family needs and recommend the right program

+ Present pricing, promotions, and benefits persuasively

+ Overcome objections with empathy and problem-solving skills

+ Make follow-up calls and texts to maximize every enrollment opportunity

+ Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals

+ Maintain accurate information in CRM systems in a timely manner

+ Collaborate with teammates to share best practices and support one another

Who You Are:

+ Sales-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets

+ Positive, resilient, and motivated by competition and rewards

+ Excellent communicator — clear, friendly, and persuasive

+ Professional phone presence and detail-oriented with strong follow-through

+ Customer-focused with a genuine love for helping families

+ Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems, scheduling tools, and multiple platforms

Qualifications

Required:

+ High School Diploma or GED

+ Prior successful sales experience

Preferred:

+ 1+ year of sales or call center experience

+ 3+ years of customer service experience

Work Environment:

+ This is a remote role - work from the comfort of your home!

+ You’ll need a quiet, distraction-free workspace and reliable internet (minimum 50 Mbps download speed).

Schedule:

+ Part-time position (evening and weekend availability required)

+ Emler Sales Center Hours Monday - Sunday, 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. central. Subject to change.

Compensation & Benefits:

+ $15-$17/hour + quarterly bonuses
