    Responsibilities

    + Read and comprehend Ada programming language.

    + Utilize and navigate development environments for Ada.

    + Run and manage debugger-level projects in Ada.

    + Understand and maintain legacy code bases.

    + Conduct thorough code reviews.

    + Adapt to ambiguous environments and tasks efficiently.

    + Meet project deadlines consistently.

    + Communicate proactively with team members.

    Essential Skills

    + Reading knowledge of Ada.

    + Active security clearance.

    + Expert-level experience in C/C++.

    + Strong code review skills.

    + Proactive communication style.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Familiarity with using code agents (e.g., cursor, Claude code) is a plus.

    + Knowledge of Python is advantageous.

    + Experience in the Aviation industry is a plus.

    Work Environment

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $150000.00 - $220000.00/yr.
