             Job Title: Cleanroom Construction Superintendent Job Description We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee the construction of cleanroom build-outs. This role requires ensuring compliance with project drawings, specifications, safety codes, and cleanroom standards while coordinating and managing subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to meet project milestones. Responsibilities + Supervise all on-site construction activities specific to cleanroom build-outs. + Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, safety codes, and cleanroom standards. + Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to meet project milestones. + Monitor and enforce safety regulations and cleanliness protocols unique to cleanroom environments. + Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality of workmanship and adherence to contamination control practices. + Manage schedules, resolve field issues, and adjust plans as needed to maintain productivity. + Maintain daily logs, progress reports, and issue tracking. + Interface with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders. + Oversee commissioning and startup processes for cleanroom systems. + Ensure the installation of HVAC systems, HEPA filters, wall panels, ceilings, flooring, and electrical systems are cleanroom-compliant. + Lead punch list and closeout activities. Essential Skills + 3-5 years of experience as a construction superintendent on cleanroom projects. + Proficiency in coordinating with subcontractors, specifically the MEP trades. + Experience in Microsoft Project. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering. Work Environment This position is based on-site in Allendale with working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $52.88 - $57.69/hr.
