Job Title: Janitorial Worker

Job Description

This role involves the cleaning and servicing of hospital rooms and facilities. The janitorial worker will be part of a team responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in a large hospital network.

Responsibilities

+ Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, and trash removal.

+ Service and maintain hospital rooms and facilities.

+ Interact with patients while providing excellent customer service.

+ Work collaboratively with housekeepers, floor technicians, and trash technicians to ensure a clean environment.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in cleaning and custodial maintenance.

+ Proficiency in dusting, mopping, and trash removal.

+ Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with patients.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Prior experience in housekeeping or janitorial work is advantageous.

Work Environment

The position is within a large hospital network. Shifts vary, including options from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM, 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM, 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM, and 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM. The work environment is dynamic, requiring interaction with patients and staff while maintaining hospital standards.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Allentown, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.75 - $16.75/hr.
