Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking two dedicated Industrial Maintenance Technicians to join our team for the night shift on a 2-2-3 schedule, working from 7 PM to 7 AM. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing both mechanical and electrical duties, focusing on maintaining our blow molding equipment, conveyor lines, airveyers, and belt systems.
Responsibilities
+ Conduct regular preventative maintenance on various equipment.
+ Troubleshoot and repair mechanical components including motors, pneumatics, hydraulics, valves, and bearings.
+ Perform electrical troubleshooting up to 480V, including working with single and three-phase systems, control circuits, and sensors.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to facilitate maintenance tasks.
+ Engage in some MIG and stick welding and fabrication.
+ Perform general building maintenance such as changing sockets and light bulbs, and basic plumbing.
Essential Skills
+ Mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
+ Electrical troubleshooting experience.
+ Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics.
+ Experience with PLC troubleshooting.
+ Familiarity with motors and hydraulic systems.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with MIG and stick welding.
+ Fabrication skills.
+ Both mechanical and electrical experience required.
+ A more advanced skillset may qualify for higher compensation.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kenosha, Wisconsin.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.80 - $30.80/hr.
