**Job Title:** Production Associate – Assembler/Brazer

**Shifts Available:** 1st & 2nd Shift

**Pay:** $22–$23/hour

Job Overview:

We are hiring **Production Associates** for direct placement opportunities in a clean, temperature-controlled manufacturing environment. This role focuses on assembling piping systems using blueprints, hand tools, and measuring instruments. You’ll be responsible for cutting, measuring, and assembling components to meet precise specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Read and interpret blueprints and work orders.

+ Assemble products using hand tools and drills.

+ Measure accurately using a tape measure.

+ Communicate issues with machines or processes to supervisors.

+ Participate in 5S and maintain a clean workspace.

+ Follow all safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications:

+ Minimum 6 months of mechanical assembly experience.

+ Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.

+ Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for 8–10 hours.

+ High School Diploma/GED required.

+ Basic computer skills and PPE knowledge (steel toes, ear/eye protection).

Preferred Skills:

+ Ability to convert fractions to decimals (training provided).

+ Experience in metal fabrication, brazing, or progressive stamping.

+ Familiarity with quality inspections and OSHA standards.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45780.00 - $47860.00/yr.

Competitive Pay: Pay range $22.01-27.50/hr.
