Description

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Project Manager with a PMP certification and extensive experience managing projects in the telecom or construction industry, preferably within large enterprise environments. This individual will play a critical role in overseeing complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management fundamentals, PMO (Project Management Office) methodologies, and stakeholder collaboration. Position could be based in Oklahoma City or Dallas TX.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Manage Full Lifecycle of Projects: Lead and guide telecom or construction-related projects, including planning, executing, monitoring, and closing project phases to meet organizational goals and deadlines.

+ Develop and Maintain PMO Standards: Define, implement, and monitor PMO best practices to ensure consistency and quality in project delivery across the enterprise.

+ Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate closely with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements, resolve challenges, and provide regular status updates.

+ Risk Management: Proactively identify risks, create mitigation plans, and prioritize actions to minimize impact on project schedules and budgets.

+ Budget Control: Monitor project budgets, including forecasting costs and managing procurement processes, ensuring adherence to financial targets.

+ Team Leadership and Coordination: Mentor and lead project teams in both Oklahoma City and Dallas. Ensure resources are effectively utilized while fostering teamwork and accountability across diverse groups.

+ Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize project management tools and metrics to provide actionable insights and drive project success.

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ PMP Certification

+ 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the telecom or construction industry

+ Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a large enterprise environment

+ In-depth understanding of PMO methodology and frameworks

+ Strong leadership capabilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

+ Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, or similar platforms

+ Experience working with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors
