Construction Laborer

A respected homebuilder is seeking three dedicated Labor Foremen to join their team in new home construction. This role includes a variety of tasks such as site cleanup, pouring footings, transporting materials, light carpentry, and organizing tools and supplies at the shop. Responsibilities:

+ Perform site cleanup to maintain a tidy and safe work environment.

+ Pour footings and assist in foundation work.

+ Transport materials to various job sites efficiently.

+ Engage in light carpentry work as required.

+ Organize materials and tools at the shop for easy access and inventory management.

Essential Skills:

+ 1+ year of experience in construction or landscaping.

+ Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

+ Competence in carpentry, including framing and finish carpentry.

+ Experience with concrete work and rebar installation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

+ Experience in general labor and material handling.

+ Knowledge of landscaping techniques.

+ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Experience Level:

+ Entry–Intermediate Level

Work Environment:

+ Work involves building ornate, high-value homes. Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
