Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to serve as a vital resource for the repair of production equipment, including pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and welding systems. You will be responsible for tracking and ensuring the updating of the preventive maintenance plan for equipment. Additionally, you will actively participate in the deployment, maintenance, and optimization of an automated production line, while following the preventive maintenance program for various equipment. Strict adherence to safety regulations and work procedures is essential.
Responsibilities
+ Repair production equipment such as pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and welding systems.
+ Track and update the preventive maintenance plan for equipment.
+ Participate in the deployment, maintenance, and optimization of an automated production line.
+ Follow and implement the preventive maintenance program for various equipment.
+ Strictly apply safety regulations and adhere to procedures and work methods related to the operation of equipment.
Essential Skills
+ Expertise in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing.
+ Proficiency in production supervision, including lockout and tag out procedures.
+ Ability to troubleshoot PLC systems through a systematic process.
+ Experience in a systematic approach to diagnosing and resolving electromechanical issues.
+ Capability to oversee and manage all aspects of a production floor, including staff, scheduling, quality control, and safety compliance.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Completed training in electromechanics (DEP or DEC).
+ Experience as an electromechanical technician.
+ Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.

Work Environment
This role requires the ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, or crouch as required. You should be able to climb a portable ladder and use Personal Protection Equipment as needed. The position requires good manual dexterity and multi-limb coordination.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NA, Arizona.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $40.00/hr.
