Job Title: Press Brake Machine Set Up Operator
Job Description
A manufacturer located in the Greenfield, IN area is seeking a skilled Press Brake Set Up Operator for the 3rd shift. The position involves operating and setting up Amada press brake machines ranging from 60T to 250T.
Responsibilities
+ Set up press brake machinery efficiently and accurately.
+ Read blueprints and make necessary adjustments based on quality checks.
+ Change tooling and dies according to the product specifications.
+ Bend, contour, and punch holes in aluminum and carbon steel sheets or rolls.
+ Utilize critical math skills and a tape measure for precise measurements.
+ Operate various quality instruments such as gages and calipers.
Essential Skills
+ Experience with press brake operations and setup.
+ Proficiency in blueprint reading.
+ Experience in job shop environments.
+ Strong troubleshooting abilities.
+ Competency in using brake press machines and conducting machine setups.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in job shop, custom fabrication, and progressive press setup environments.

Work Environment
This position is for the 3rd shift, operating from 10:30pm to 7:00am, Sunday through Thursday. The work environment is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, providing an efficient and modern setting for optimal performance.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greenfield, Indiana.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
