    The **Electrical Test Engineer** will be responsible for designing, implementing, and validating electrical test systems for automated manufacturing processes. This role combines expertise in electrical engineering with hands-on experience in robotics and automation to ensure high-quality, efficient production.

    As an Electrical Test Engineer, you will:

    + Conduct Electrical Testing & Validation

    + Develop and execute electrical test plans for automated equipment and robotic systems.

    + Troubleshoot electrical circuits, sensors, and control systems.

    + Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

    + Work in Robotics & Automation

    + Collaborate with engineering leads to integrate robotic arms, conveyors, and vision systems.

    + Program and optimize PLCs, robotic controllers, and motion systems.

    + Support installation and commissioning of automated test stations.

    + Analyze test data to identify process improvements.

    + Implement predictive maintenance strategies for electrical and robotic systems.

    + Drive cost reduction and efficiency initiatives.

    + Cross-Functional Collaboration

    + Work closely with mechanical engineers, software developers, and production teams.

    + Provide technical support during NPI (New Product Introduction) and ramp-up phases.

    You will make an impact with these qualifications:

    Basic Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

    + 5+ years of experience in electrical testing and/or automation.

    + Proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley) and robotic systems (UR, Fanuc, ABB, or similar).

    + Strong knowledge of industrial sensors, actuators, and safety circuits.

    + Familiarity with automation standards (IEC, NFPA, ISO).

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Experience with vision systems and automated inspection.

    + Knowledge of MES and SCADA systems.

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
