    Job Description

    Assists with planning and implementing the strategic view of business objectives and the relationship to assigned Service Line projects. Prioritizes projects, manages processes, and establishes timeslines to ensure deadlines are met. Engages with key stakeholders and clients in the resolution of issues. Maintains integrity and cost containment of projects within a program.

     

    Job Responsibility

     

    Assists with developing, communicating, and building consensus for goals and project benefits in alignment with Corporate Strategy.

     

    Collaborates with the Program Manager to ensure projects remain strategically aligned and expected benefits are realized throughout the project lifecycle and the business case is updated to reflect changes.

     

    Works with the Program Manager on defining project scope, determining action items, assigning ownership, creating project timetables, and tracking execution and workflow; prepares, presents, and distributes project status reports.

     

    Evaluates, plans, and monitors project implementation for systems; manages project and project delivery teams, ensures deadlines are met, escalates issues for appropriate, timely resolution, and adheres to standardized project management methodologies.

     

    Ensures ongoing communications with Program Manager and leadership including leading steering committees where applicable.

     

    Develops interdisciplinary project teams in coordination with clinical user community to ensure deployment of systems; serves as liaison to project sponsors, project teams, and stakeholders.

     

    Works with internal and external groups to optimize success of project deployment; communicates with user departments and project teams on project activities; provides technical guidance to project staff and vendors to provide support and resolve problems.

     

    Collaborates with clinical, financial and quality teams to define and develop metric goals; partners with management to develop tools and metrics to evaluate performance of target initiatives.

     

    Works with the Program Manager to lead the planning monitoring criteria and methodology; ensures availability of performance measurement data for review and analysis.

     

    Evaluates and drives risk management process improvements, efficiencies and workflow enhancements.

     

    Partners with management, identifies end user education, training program and services; assists in the development of and maintains department policies and procedures.

     

    Provides subject matter expert support in the development of clinical and business information systems and integration to improve the timely completion of projects.

     

    Provides mentorship to project management community in determining project management methods and procedures, and contributes to the development / enhancements to the project life cycle and project assets in innovative ways.

    Job Qualification

     

    Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.

     

    5-7 years of project management for Information Technology projects, required. Experience in assigned technical area, required. 0-1 years of program management experience, preferred.

     

    PMP or PgMP Certification, preferred.

    The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.When determining a team member's base salary and/or rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., location, specialty, service line, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, negotiated contracts, budget and internal equity).

     

    The salary range for this position is $105,400-$183,000/year
