    The Role

HII (Huntington Ingalls Industries) seeks an experienced and dynamic attorney to act as Senior Counsel at its Newport News Shipbuilding (NNS) Division. NNS designs and builds the most advanced ships in the world using its expertise in nuclear propulsion, naval design, and high-tech manufacturing. + Draft, review, and advise on commercial supplier agreements, teaming agreements, letters of intent, memorandums of understanding, non-disclosure agreements, supplier terms, and similar agreements adjacent to, but outside of, the traditional instruments of government contracting.
