Cloud Operations + Innovation (CO+I) is seeking a **Senior Program Manager** to support the Cloud Infrastructure Acquisition organization. CO+I is responsible for planning, building and operating Microsoft’s cloud infrastructure datacenters across the globe. The organizational scope includes demand and supply planning, business operations and strategic acquisition across land, lease, power, and networking.

+ Synthesize and prioritize central feedback for existing and new region expansion strategies.
+ Help manage complex projects, acquisition support processes, and help shape regional portfolio strategies.
+ Excel at cross-functional collaboration, strategic thinking, and inclusive leadership.
+ Uses industry understanding to direct teams to ensure alignment between the customer, the market, internal stakeholders, senior leadership, and the goals and strategy of Microsoft. Holds team members accountable for collaborating with others (e.g., Engineering, Marketing, Design) to ensure that they can satisfy customer requirements.
+ Provides expertise to help working teams validate the market size and opportunity of greatest value for the company. Facilitates collaboration across teams to bring about solutions.
+ Ensures teams establish and monitor processes and hold other stakeholders accountable for following the established schedule and processes.
+ Guides teams when tracking and managing dependencies to enable cohesive, connected scenarios, and to avoid issues and mitigate risks.
+ Influences teams to make adjustments or course corrections when projects are not aligned to schedules or goals.
+ Helps lead governance programs and processes to ensure that specific performance requirements and standards are met throughout the development lifecycle

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
+ Experience in cloud strategy, capital program management, or complex infrastructure delivery.
Other Requirements:
+ Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
+ Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
+ Experience managing delivery for capital-intensive projects in datacenter, energy, or other industrial sectors.
Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
