    Your key responsibilities

    + Identify and nurture customer relationships, offering tailored product solutions

    + Analyze markets, segments, and competitors to identify product potential and market positioning

    + Generate sales through proactive bid delivery, customer outreach, and relationship building

    + Initiate calls to potential customers, supporting sales budgets by fostering repeat business

    + Assist in sales planning, utilizing Salesforce for effective documentation and tracking

    + Develop business plans, aiming to increase market share, and participate in ongoing product knowledge training

    You bring

    + At least 1.5 years of experience in inside sales, with a proven track record of success

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hands-on experience with CRM platforms like SAP and Salesforce

    + Strong skills in strategic prospecting, post-sale relationship management, and the ability to quickly grasp complex product information

    + Excellent communication skills, including active listening, rapport building, and establishing clear buyer-seller agreements

    + Expertise in questioning qualification and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to close

    + A high school diploma or equivalent education

     

    The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Salary $56,000-$60,000.

     

    In addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and a broad range of other benefits. All benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements.
