Job Overview

**Arbors at Ridges** Assisted Living is located on the Ebenezer Ridges Burnsville Campus near Fairview Ridges Hospital. Arbors at Ridges offers 62 breathtaking apartments. Ebenezer is looking for a **Resident Assistant/Home Health Aide** who would be responsible for providing personal cares, passing medications, and designated health related services to improve and/or maintain the senior age residents’ physical and emotional well-being! Position is located in Burnsville, MN at our beautiful care center- in the Assisted Living. NO CNA required, unless under 18 years old.

This caregiver schedule includes:

+ 56 hours every two weeks

Responsibilities:

+ Assists residents with personal cares including but not limited to: bathing, shaving, dressing, hair care, feeding, toileting, and transfers/lifts.

+ Under direction of Nurse, provides health related services as needed such as; passing medication, glucose monitoring, temperatures, blood pressure, and pulse.

+ May perform duties that include: laundry, cleaning, meal service, and assisting with activities.

+ Observes residents and reports status to appropriate staff

+ Assists with the onboarding of new staff

Required:

+ CNA certification is only required if under 18 years old

Preferred:

+ Ability to communicate optimally, with compassion and kindness for residents and coworkers

+ Ability to work in a team setting and support others

+ Curious to work with a diverse and older population

+ High School diploma or GED or completion of a formal NA or HHA course

+ Previous work experience as HHA, CNA, NA, DSP, PCA
