You will report directly to our Sr. Director, IT and you’ll work out of our Mason, OH or Charlotte, NC location on a Hybrid work schedule.

Hybrid Work Schedule Note: For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F.

In this role, you will impact on the overall effectiveness of our supply chain operations by ensuring that our IT systems are robust, efficient, and capable of supporting our business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Manage and optimize Oracle ERP applications to support supply chain management functions.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify software requirements and implement solutions.

+ Conduct system analysis and troubleshooting to resolve issues and enhance system performance.

YOU MUST HAVE

+ Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, with a strong focus on Oracle ERP applications.

+ In-depth understanding of supply chain management processes and software systems.

+ Proven expertise in any 3 of the following Oracle ERP modules related to:

+ Inventory

+ Procurement

+ Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

+ Quality

+ Manufacturing

+ Planning

+ Order Management

+ Hands-on experience providing functional support and resolving real-time issues.

+ Solid knowledge of database management and proficiency in SQL for data analysis.

WE VALUE

+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.

+ Experience leading IT projects and working with cross-functional teams.

+ Strong analytical thinking and meticulous attention to detail.

+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

+ Familiarity with advanced analytics tools and methodologies.
