As a Shipping & Receiving Specialist Level 3 here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of materials and products within our supply chain. This position involves managing shipping and receiving operations to meet customer demands and support business objectives.
You will report directly to our Sr Materials Management Manager and you’ll work out of our Clearwater, Florida location on an onsite work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our logistics operations, ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ 1st shift 7:00am-4:00pm Monday - Friday
+ Oversee and coordinate all shipping and receiving activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
+ Manage inventory control processes, including tracking shipments, updating records, and resolving discrepancies.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize logistics operations and improve overall supply chain performance.
YOU MUST HAVE
+ 2+ years of experience in shipping and receiving
+ Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles.
+ Experience with inventory management systems and ERP software.
+ Proficiency in using shipping software and tools to manage logistics operations.
+ Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in shipping and receiving.

+ Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
+ Significant experience in shipping and receiving operations.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
