Primary Objective:
Follow all PCB procedures and forms in compliance to ISO 9001.
Provides administrative support to assigned departmental area(s).
Greets and directs visitors; routes telephone calls to appropriate personnel. Provides administrative support to Human Resources department.
Major Areas of Accountability
Promotes teamwork, cooperation and commitment to “Total Customer Satisfaction” among team members.
+ Provides secretarial and administrative support to Management which includes, but not limited to:
+ Word processing
+ Filing
+ Mail or paperwork distribution
+ Answering multiple telephone lines and directing calls
+ With supervision, updates and maintains computer database system and manual paperwork filing system.
+ Scanning & filing of manuals, reports, literature.
+ Must be familiar with the identification and purpose of all departmental documentation.
+ Distributes appropriate documentation and procedures when needed.
+ Answers routine inquiries concerning operation of the department.
+ Performs other related duties as designed

Minimum Qualifications
Education
High School Graduate or Currently Attending Highschool
Experience
Other
Minimum of one year computer experience.
Able to function effectively in a multi-task environment and be organized. Basic word processing skills. Basic database entry skills. Knowledge of business English, spelling and punctuation.
