Plant YW | Lift Truck Operator | AM Weekend Shift

Position Overview

Receive Yarn

+ Get yarn IPT from Yarn Clerks tray on univax, clerk goes on Shopflex and puts the trailer number in yard location.

+ Unloading Yarn

+ Get Yarn Interplant Transfer (IPT) from Receiving Desk area.

Locate Yarn In Warehouse

+ Go to warehouse find empty row or use consolidation information locations.

+ Make repairs to cases, before transporting.

+ Yarn cases (stretched wrap) that cannot be repaired, should be repacked in boxes.

Yarn Shipments

+ Clerk/LTO Squeeze goes to shopflex (desk monitor) to see if yarn needs to be shipped.

+ Inspect trailer for damages, if damaged notify Supervisor/Lead.

Build IPT for Shipping Yarn

Ship Reusable and Recyclable Materials

Following Established Attendance Policy

Adhere to work schedule

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

+ Able to sit or stand for long periods of time.

+ Able to lift boxes and trash liners.

+ Able to bend and squat to clean.

+ Use both hands to operate lift truck

+ Be able to get on and off lift truck

+ Pass eye exam

+ Hear lift truck traffic.

Shift 4

Thursday: 11am-7pm

Friday & Saturday: 7am-7pm

Sunday: 7am-3pm
