             Job Description Assist in the administration, deployment, management, and upgrading of services and applications on Linux and/or Windows servers. Manage vulnerabilities on organizational devices; assess and respond to security alerts. Coordinate with departments to determine service requirements and ensure alignment with IT and security policies. Set and maintain security controls on devices, including firewalls and other security appliances. Administer operating systems and application stacks (e.g., Apache, DNS, DHCP, Firewalls). Provide end-user support by responding to and resolving support tickets. Support applications such as email security, enterprise content management, certificate management, even management and system monitoring. Learn new skills to satisfy NIST NICE job roles: systems security analysis, security network operations, and vulnerability analysis. Skills and Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Information Technology, Computer Science). However, experience may be a substitute for the degree. Prior experience in an IT customer service role. Experience in systems administration or demonstrated knowledge of managing servers running Linux and/or Windows, including Active Directory basics. Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, troubleshooting, DNS)
