    Iron Mountain is seeking an **experienced** **Ops Team Lead/Process Assistant** to join our **Logistics Center Operations** team.In this role, you will be responsible for **managing day-to-day operational functions** in the most cost-effective manner, ensuring productivity, safety, and quality goals are met for both internal and external customers.

     

    What You'll Do (Core Responsibilities)

    In this role, you will:

    + **Lead, train, and mentor** associates, providing performance feedback and coaching to maintain high productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.

    + **Develop and manage** production schedules, resource allocation, and incoming/outgoing shipment processes to ensure timely completion of job assignments and maintain accurate warehouse inventory.

    + **Ensure compliance** with organizational safety standards and operational procedures by actively monitoring, correcting, and reporting on at-risk and positive team behaviors.

     

    What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

    The ideal candidate will have:

    + A minimum of **one to two years** of experience in warehouse or logistics leadership, specifically in warehouse fulfillment or e-commerce management.

    + Strong knowledge of **Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)** and the ability to monitor daily production metrics to dynamically meet company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

    + Proven ability in **conflict management** and team dynamics, fostering open communication and positive employee morale across all levels.

    + The capability to perform the physical requirements of the job, including frequent walking, standing, and lifting at least **40 pounds** (weight may vary based on facility requirements).

    What We Offer (Benefits)

    **Location:** Auburn, Washington **Shifts:** Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM **Competitive compensation and benefits** aligned with your experience.The hourly pay for this role is **$27.00 - $31.00** .
