This role supports research activities related to biostimulants, PGRs, and nutritionals contributing to the development of innovative and sustainable plant performance solutions. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong willingness to learn, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative R&D environment. What You'll Do: + Exploration, proof of concept, and development of growth chamber and greenhouse plant performance assays for biostimulant/PGRs/nutritional assessments. + Support design, development, and execution of innovative assay capabilities for biostimulants/PGRs/nutritional for use in row and specialty crops. + Contribute to all aspects of experiments, including designing basic protocols, spraying, providing technical expertise, setting-up and assessing trials, recording data, conducting data analysis, and delivering results aligned with Crop Health product goals for biostimulants/PGRs/nutritional. + Collaboration with other functions across the company to deliver maximum success, such as analytical R&D, process development, application technology, formulation, regulatory, operations and commercial teams. + Support registered products by executing bioassays to help to understand field challenges. + Work in a team environment with other associate researchers, technicians, and other scientists across the world. What You Need: + BS/MS in Plant Physiology, Plant Biology, Agronomy, or closely related field with approximately 5 years (BS) or masters degree. + Demonstrated experience in managing and designing growth chamber and greenhouse plant trials. + Strong aptitude in experimental design, hypothesis-driven problem solving, and good data analysis and interpretation skills. + Demonstrated track record of scientific innovation and demonstrated adaptability and willingness to work across disciplines to achieve project goals. + Strong project management skills and ownership for delivering high-quality results. + Proven ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team environment. + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. + Highly motivated with a desire to work in a greenhouse setting.
