Product Manager-ALM Solutions Training

Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to plays a key role in executing IBM’s training strategy for Maximo Application Suite (MAS). This role supports the enablement of sales teams, technical sellers, business partners, and customers by developing and delivering targeted training content that drives product adoption, technical proficiency, and strategic alignment.
Your role and responsibilities
* Develop and maintain role-based learning paths for sales, technical, partner, and customer audiences.
* Create and deliver training materials including presentations, videos, hands-on labs, and interactive tutorials.
* Collaborate with product management, marketing, and technical teams to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
* Facilitate live and virtual training sessions, webinars, and workshops.
* Monitor training engagement and effectiveness using analytics and feedback tools.
* Support certification programs and partner enablement initiatives.
* Continuously update content to reflect product releases and evolving market needs.
* Coordinate logistics and scheduling for training delivery, including extensive travel as new content is launched.
Required technical and professional expertise
* Experienced in software training, enablement, or technical education—preferably in enterprise asset management or IBM Maximo or TRIRIGA.
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with comfort in leading in-person sessions.
* Familiarity with digital learning platforms and tools (e.g., LMS, video editing, interactive content).
* Excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
* Ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible learning experiences.
* Comfortable working in a matrix and distributed organization where the people you work with may be geographically and organizationally dispersed.
* Willingness and ability to travel extensively
