We are currently seeking a ITSS - Product Owner to join our team in Louisville, Kentucky (US-KY), United States (US).

Description:

The Product Owner leads or coordinates cross-functional project/program teams from design to delivery of fully-developed products that are ready for customer use. The Product Owner work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.

The Product Owner monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions. Investigates facts and develops solutions to problems during the design and planning phases. Provides timely and accurate information and status updates to functional leaders. May be responsible for feasibility studies, field trials management, identifying product gaps, defining product requirements and engaging with customers to understand market needs and trends. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.

Required Qualifications :

+ 8+ years of leadership and/or project management experience.

+ 5+ years in product management, data analysis, or a related field is often required.

+ 5+ years in contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences, strong understanding of data lifecycle, data governance, and data management technologies is crucial.

+ 4+ years in data architecture, programming languages, and machine learning is a plus.

+ 3+ years in understand business objectives and translate them into data-driven solutions.

+ 3+ years Experience working with Agile frameworks like Scrum. Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills are essential for bridging the gap between technical and non-technical teams.

**Preferred Qualifications** :

+ Six Sigma Certification

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this role is $45/hour 0$50.60/hour. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
